Import\ Export SharePoint Subsite Using Powershell

Import\ Export  SharePoint Subsite Using Powershell
Run PowerShell as Administrator.

Export Subsite:

export-spweb -identity http://mysite/mysubsite  -path D:\subsitebackup\mysubsitebackup.cmp

 Import Subsite:

import-spweb -identity http://mysite/mysubsite  -path D:\subsitebackup\mysubsitebackup.cmp

Note:

To use import or export subsite command in power shall both source and destination template should be same.

    Iam trying to export a subsite and import as a sitecollection, but export is not copying the master pages, is there any way to copy the master pages also.
